Ash has significant experience in the insurance industry working in a variety of roles with experience in eCommerce, underwriting, broking, operations, sales and relationship management. His wealth of knowledge comes from working with different insurance products both in broking and insurance underwriting. Ash is passionate about leading others to develop professionally and has a heart to serve clients. He is married to Divya and has 2 kids Reuben & Riya. Outside of work, Ash plays the guitar and loves watching sport and spending time with his family.
Claire has worked in the insurance industry for over 20 years in Perth, Melbourne and the UK. Starting out in administration for NZI Insurance, who later became CGU. Claire worked in underwriting for many years before moving to General Insurance Broking in 2002. Claire has been part of the EA family since July 2018.
Claire’s hobbies are running, Pilates and spending time with her family including three kids and many animals.
Office Administrator & Personal Assistant
Claire has worked in the Accounting & Tax Industry for the past 14 years and has managed Business clients, as well as Individuals, assisting with their tax affairs. She has always dreamed of working in a not-for-profit organisation, and joined the EA family in June 2020. Claire loves music and is one of the worship leaders at her church.
Dylan has worked in retail and sport for the past 7 years. He has completed a Diploma in Sport and Recreation and has recently made the switch over to insurance, with the interest of continuing to help people at work and in the community. Outside of work, Dylan plays and has a keen interest in Soccer & Tennis.
Marketing & Business Development Manager
Julianne has worked in the not-for-profit sector for over 13 years and has managed commercial property, motor fleets and insurance for a large charity. She has a desire to see community and faith organisations flourish and is passionate about helping organisations understand and manage their risks so they can continue to provide help and hope to communities.
Assistant Account Manager
Narelle has been at EA Insurance Services for over 9 years. Previously Narelle organised travel insurance for overseas travellers and handled administration duties. Narelle is pleased to have assisted in creating the Chubb Expatriate Medical and Associated Travel Insurance policy. Over the past year Narelle has changed duties and now focuses on helping clients with their general insurance queries and renewals.
Outside of work, Narelle volunteers with various youth ministries, enjoys attending church and playing piano.
Assistant Account Manager
Patricia is an experienced insurance professional with previous roles in claims & underwriting with both brokers & insurers located in Melbourne and Darwin. She assists the team with broking work, policy renewals and handling travel insurance programs.
She loves experimenting in the kitchen and exploring the great outdoors on her push bike.
With over 15 years’ experience in the insurance industry in roles across Underwriting and Account Management, Yvonne’s expertise lies in Professional Risks and Financial Lines. Her in-depth experience in a wide range of products, means that she is able to work collaboratively on your behalf to achieve the best insurance cover, ensuring you are appropriately protected. Yvonne is personable, collaborative and transparent with excellent communication skills; it’s a journey about getting to know her clients’ personally.
