His wealth of knowledge comes from working with different insurance products both in broking and insurance underwriting. Ash is passionate about leading others to develop professionally and has a heart to serve clients. He is married with 2 children and outside of work, Ash plays the guitar, loves watching sport and spending time with his family.

Cielo has worked in the insurance industry for over 16 years and has extensive experience in customer service and database management. She has always wanted to make a difference in her community alongside not-for-profit organisations and is happy to have joined the team in November 2022.

Claire has worked in the Accounting & Tax Industry for the past 14 years and has managed Business clients, as well as Individuals, assisting with their tax affairs. She has always dreamed of working in a not-for-profit organisation and joined the EA family in June 2020. Claire loves music and is one of the worship leaders at her church.
Dylan Taylor
Account Manager
Dylan worked in retail and sports for 7 years. He completed a Diploma in Sport and Recreation before making the switch over to insurance, with the interest of continuing to help people at work and in the community. Outside of work, Dylan plays and has a keen interest in Soccer & Tennis.
Jeremiah Soriano
Broker Assistant
Miah has spent 7 years in the general insurance industry, previously as an Account Officer managing brokers and agencies. Her work with EA Insurance deeply fulfils her passion for serving the community. Outside of work, she enjoys travelling to new places and finds joy in painting. As a pet lover, she cherishes the companionship and comfort that her dog brings to life.

Jason has worked internationally in many roles across the insurance market, over a number of decades, both in Corporate and Not-for-profits. He has a deep knowledge of the NGO space with a strong desire to support these clients and help them manage their insurable risks. He is married with three children and enjoys cooking, gardening and travelling.

Lorenz has over 10 years of experience in the insurance and financial services industry, and previously held positions as a broker assistant, securities operations officer, and policy administration officer. Outside work, Lorenz enjoys photography and capturing moments that tell a story. He also likes to spend time with his family, trying out different restaurants around the metro area.

Neena joined the insurance broking industry in 2020, shifting from events and marketing to pursue a more meaningful and service‑driven career. When she’s not supporting clients, she loves spending time with her family, exploring nature and enjoying music and live concerts.
